Our History

KA Holdings, the mother company behind Centris and Centris II, emerged following the successes of the two sister companies, Project Technik Ltd and Project Technik Building Supplies Ltd established in 2006. Project Technik Ltd is an experienced ceiling, drywall, plastering and interior finishing contracting company, specializing in commercial and residential finishes, while Project Technik Building Supplies Ltd is one of Malta’s leading building material supplier focusing on product requirements for turnkey contractors.

In 2012, Managing Director Kurt Abela, encouraged by the accomplishments of both companies, moved into the property development business thus establishing KA Holdings Ltd. The company’s main strategic goal is property development and leasing for commercial and residential use. It was instantly successful in the commercial segment, developing Centris I business gateway in the Central Business District (Mriehel), which is fully rented out to various blue-chip companies. KA Holdings is now building Centris II, whilst diversifying its offering by having top quality short let apartments and a new boutique hotel in prime areas in Malta.
